IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GOVDEAL BIDDERS
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are urged to inspect items prior to placing a bid. Inspections of items auctioned are by appointment only. You may contact Teresa Apperson at 540-582-5894 or tapperson@spotsylvania.k12.va.us to schedule an appointment.
All items must be paid for within (5) five business days and picked up within (10) ten business days from the close of the auction. Failure to pay for items or to pick up items in a timely manner without making prior arrangements will result in bidder default. Defaulting on a bid will result in the loss of privileges to place bids on GovDeals.
(24) Twenty-four hours notice must be given prior to picking up items. Assistance in loading large items is available upon request. Spotsylvania County Schools assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from the assistance of loading the items.
